Michelle Pozzi
Michelle is a Human Resource Representative for Staff Management, Inc. She has been with Staff Management, Inc. since June 1, 1998. Michelle holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Illinois and a Masters of Science in Education degree from Northern Illinois University. Michelle spent 2 years teaching elementary special education until a career change brought her to Staff Management, Inc. Michelle currently serves as Secretary for RVASTD and is also a member of Junior League of Rockford.

Sievers
Tim is currently Director of Continuing Education and Off Campus Credit at Highland Community College in Freeport, IL. In his current position he is responsible for programming at four credit sites throughout the district and for continuing education activities at many sites. He is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a B.S. in Business Administration, Western Illinois University with an M.S. in Physical Education/Sport Management, and is currently working on an M.B.A. from Northern Illinois University. Tim is an active member of the International Management Council, having served as National Conference Chair in 1998 and as National President in 1999/2000.

Mason
Christie Mason is presently the President of Rock Valley ASTD. Her former Board positions include Program and Membership Chairs with RVASTD and she is also a member of the Chicago Area ASTD. She has 20+ years of experiences with sales, technology, management and training. Her present activities include managing online forums, developing online learning environments, motivational speaking, group/individual training/coaching and creating multi-track conferences.

Kathleen Alexander
Kathleen M. Alexander has sixteen years of experience as a Safety and Health professional and eight years as an instructional designer/trainer. Kathleen recently graduated with her Masters in Education/Instructional Design on May 6,2000 (exactly 11 years to the day, after her first graduation). She is also investigating employment opportunities in the Rockford community.

Nelson
Dan has an
M.S. Ed in Instructional Technology, a B.S in Communication Studies, and
is an instructional designer and developer. He designs and develops websites,
online databases, computer-based training, job aids, and performance support
systems. Dan is currently working as an independent developer.
Scholarship
Jodi Lenkaitis
Jodi has a B.S. from University of Illinois, Champaign, in Dairy Science and her Master's in Public Communication and Broadcasting from Western Illinois University in Macomb, Illinois. She has been working with Manpower as a Staffing Specialist and most recently as Office Automation Specialist, coordinating and facilitating Manpower's combination of computer-based and instructor-led computer training courses. Jodi, along with her husband and her 3-year-old daughter, also run a dairy farm with Jodi's parents in Winnebago. She's currently enjoying learning more about current training issues and looking for expanded employment opportunities.
