of Training with Impact, Inc., a training and consulting services firm
that focuses on creating effective organizations and productive, satisfying
workplaces. Previously Steve spent twenty-two years with Borg-Warner Corporation/Burns
International as Corporate Director of Training and Development. His responsibilities
included the diagnosis of organization strategy, structure, culture, management
processes and people systems and the implementation of the appropriate
interventions.
He received award-winning recognition for his leadership of an organization
design team and his development of training materials and processes that
improved individual, team and organization performance. Steve has been
a national member of ASTD for over 20 years. His educational background
includes graduate studies in organization development and business and
an undergraduate degree from Rockford College. Steve and his wife Karen
live in Lake Summerset, Davis, IL.
