Founder and President of Training with Impact, Inc., a training and consulting
services firm that focuses on creating effective organizations and productive,
satisfying workplaces. Previously Steve spent twenty-two years with Borg-Warner
Corporation/Burns International as Corporate Director of Training and
Development. His responsibilities included the diagnosis of organization
strategy, structure, culture, management processes and people systems
and the implementation of the appropriate interventions.
He received award-winning recognition for his leadership of an organization
design team and his development of training materials and processes that
improved individual, team and organization performance. Steve has been
a national member of ASTD for over 20 years. His educational background
includes graduate studies in organization development and business and
an undergraduate degree from Rockford College. |

Christie
has over 20 years of achievements earned by helping individuals and organizations
increase the effectiveness of people and the effeciency of processes within
continuously changing competitive, technological, employee, client and
resource environments.
Her currect projects, as a Performance Leaders with Managers Forum, are
focused on defining, designing and refining solutions that result in immediate
improvement while building an environment that supports ongoing, continuous
performance enrichment. Previous projects include on-site and online development
of sales, team, technology, management, learning/training, and leadership
expertise.
Managers Forum integrates tools from eLearning, Client Resource Management,
Knowledge Management, Sales Force Management and Employee/Electronic Performance
Support Systems. |
Iren
Kleppe

Iren
Kleppe's background includes almost seven years in training and development
at Kishwaukee College Business & Industrial Development (BID) Center
and two years of teaching as a graduate assistant at NIU. She also has
ten years of broad experience from business and industry. Her education
includes an MA and a BA in Communication, with emphasis on media.
Currently, Iren offers contractual services through her own company, Activity-Based
Solutions, in the areas of corporate training, marketing & image solutions,
strategic solutions, and writing/editing/research. Iren's particularly
enjoys training when it becomes transformative, and that is her goal for
every training experience. Her training specialties are team development,
leader skills, conflict management, and creativity for the workplace.

Rina
Rothermal

Rina has ten years of experience in
educating/instructing/training. She has worked as both a community college
instructor and as an OJT instructor/trainer. Rina’s educational background
includes a Certificate in Clinical Laboratory Studies, an A.A.S. degree
in business/accounting, a BA degree in Human Resource Management, and
a MBA degree. Her work experience has included careers as a medical laboratory
technician (seven years), a tax collector/auditor (nine years), and as
an educator/instructor/trainer.
Rina is currently serving as the Education/Training Coordinator for
the Rock River Valley Blood Center (RRVBC), formerly Northern Illinois
Blood Bank. She was hired for this Quality Assurance position because
of her unique work experience in blood banking, laws and regulations,
and instructing/training. Rina has developed a training program that
focuses on both regulatory training and on-the-job department training.
Since FDA requires that all training be documented, she has also created
a centralized training filing system.
