Presentation Contains the ASP scripts for the client's extranet that directly affect its presentation to its customers, affiliates, partners, dealers and associates. Applications The suite of applications developed by Commerce Co, Inc. to perform a variety of business functions on an extranet. Application Services Contains both components and services that are responsible for the integration of applications in the application suite, the exchange of data between services and components, the configuration and routing of data from the data systems to applications, and caching of session information. Data Access Contains components that interface with the extranet and client back-end data systems. Components that access back-end systems utilize an open design, which allows them to be easily modified to interact with different data systems. Data Systems Contains and manages all data used by Commerce Co, Inc. extranet applications including extranet-specific information and business data residing on the client's back-end data systems that interface with Commerce Co, Inc. applications. |
